This policy explains what information Quorbz collects through quorbz.com, who it may be shared with, and how you can review, change, or delete it. We keep it short on purpose. If something here is unclear, call or email and we will explain it plainly.
What you give us on this site is what you type into the contact form: your name, your email address, your phone number if you provide one, your business or company name if you provide one, and the message you write to us. We use it for one purpose: to respond to you. We do not sell personal information, and we do not add you to marketing lists.
Our website host and our analytics service also record basic technical details of your visit, such as approximate location, browser, device type, and standard server logs. The form also contains one hidden field that is used only to detect automated spam.
We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand how the site is used. It works without cookies and records the page visited, the site you came from, and general details such as your approximate location, browser, and device type. Vercel states this data is not tied to your IP address or to you as an individual, and it does not follow you to other websites.
We share information only with the services that make this site and our work function: our website host, which delivers this site and passes your form submission along; our email provider, which delivers your message to our inbox; and third-party artificial-intelligence providers. Quorbz builds and operates AI agents, and that work runs on AI services operated by other companies. If you send us documents or material for a demonstration or a project, that material may be processed by those third-party AI services. If that matters for your situation, and for some businesses it does, tell us before you send anything, and we will talk through the options, including simply not sending it, before any material is processed.
We do not share your information with advertisers or data brokers.
Email ceo@quorbz.com and ask. We will tell you what we hold, correct anything wrong, or delete it. There is no form to fill out and no fee.
Material you send us for a demonstration is deleted from our systems when the demonstration is finished, unless you ask us to keep it for ongoing work. Material that has been processed by a third-party AI provider is also subject to that provider's own retention period, which we do not control. Ask us and we will tell you what applies before you send anything.
We do not track visitors across third-party websites, so we do not respond differently to Do Not Track signals from your browser. We also do not permit third parties to collect personal information about your online activities across different websites through this site.
If we change this policy, we will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date. If a change is material, we will say so plainly at the top of this page for at least thirty days.
